You need to download Appsync 3.0 (Or 3.1 depending on your iPhone / iPod firmware) from Cydia. Then install TomTom with iTunes (Just open the file you have downloaded from this thread) if iTunes tells you that there is not enough space, simply delete some songs and videos and when TomTom finishes installing put your songs and videos back onto the phone/pod
